So if they're smaller they gotta be healthy right? Well keep telling yourself that. The Baconator is back and ready to hit your mouth this weekend with mouth watering bacon strips of heaven layered all up in this piece.

Ingredients:


  • 3oz (85g) 96% Lean Ground Beef Each - 105 Calories
  • 1 Yeasty Rolls - 100 Calories
  • 1 Slice Ultra Thin Sharp Cheddar - 45 Calories
  • 1 Slice Low Sodium Bacon - 40 Calories
  • 1 Tsp Ketchup - 5 Calories
  • ½ Tsp Mayonnaise - 14 Calories

THINGS YOU'LL NEED:



Instructions:


  1. Grab about ½ lb of meat and press it out thin and take a knife or pizza cutter and slice up the meat so that it is slightly oversized from your slider buns. This will help you make more burger patties faster and even give you that awesome Wendy's square look we all have come to love.
  2. Fry up your bacon. I sliced my bacon in half and cooked up enough to have 1 full slice per slider.
  3. Grill the slider burgers to your liking. Toast the slider buns while you're at it.
  4. To layer the Baconator Slider properly, it must go in the following order:
  5. Bottom Bun
  6. 1/2 Cheese Slice
  7. 12oz (42g) Burger Patty
  8. 1/2 Cheese Slice
  9. 4 halves of 1 Slice of Bacon
  10. 12oz (42g) Burger Patty
  11. 3 Tsp Ketchup
  12. 1/2 Tsp Mayonnaise
  13. Top Bun
