How To Make The PERFECT Grilled Cheese
This recipe is now my all time favorite thing to eat. IF you haven't ever grilled your grilled cheese it's time to start now.

THINGS YOU'LL NEED:
- Griddle Pan
- Lid
INGREDIENTS:
- Softened Butter
- Sourdough Bread
- Mozzarella Cheese Slices
- Mild Cheddar Cheese Slices
- Gouda Cheese Slices
- Havarti Cheese Slices
- Campbells Tomato Soup
- Milk
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Slice the sourdough to a 3/4 inch thickness.
- Spread softened butter on each side of the bread.
- Heat a griddle pan to medium and place each bride slice butter side down on the pan.
- Layer in the four cheeses and cover with a lid.
- After 1-2 minutes, check for golden brown and flip the two sides together.
- Rotate the sandwich and grill for another minute and flip for the grill marks.
- Serve with a bowl of tomato soup.
