I experimented with several cooking methods to find out the best way to cook chicken wings at home. From all of the taste tests I was a you'll be surprised to find out which one came out perfect.

The PERECT Chicken Wing Recipe

From careful consideration of every way to cook chicken wings, a taste test analysis, and combinations of methods in this video I present to you the perfect chicken wing recipe. Do test this yourself and let me know what you think!  Use the method with any sauce recipe but below I share with you my favorite "Garbage Style" Wing sauce made from a combination of the best sauces.

 THINGS YOU'LL NEED:

  • Small Pot
  • Deep Fryer
  • Tin Foil
  • Oven
  • Large Bowl

INGREDIENTS:

  • Chicken Wings
  • Water for Boiling
  • Oil For Frying
  • Hot Sauce
  • Medium Sauce
  • Barbecue Suace
  • Minced Garlic
  • Parmesan
  • Ranch
  • Celery & Carrots Optional
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Boil wings for 5 minutes in salted wager.
  2. Deep fry for 5-8 minutes at 350 degrees F.  
  3. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. 
  4. In a large mixing bowl combine 1/4 cup of hot sauce, medium sauce, barbecue, with 2 Tbsp Minced Garlic.  Add wings a mix. 
  5. Pour them on a large tin foil sheet and place the wings.  Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. 
  6. Bake for 5-8 minutes. 
  7. Serve with a side of celery, carrots, and ranch.
