McDonald’s Real Chicken McNuggets Recipe
It kind of scares me that the pink chicken paste they use for the McNuggets looks a lot like their strawberry milkshakes. We know they don’t use milk, so I guess their secret ingredient is poultry. Anyway this remake is fantastic and chemical free with just a touch of love. Enjoy.

Ingredients:
- 1 Lb Boneless Chicken Breast
- Vegetable Oil for Frying
Breading Ingredients:
- 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
- ½ Cup Cornstarch
- 1-1/2 Tbsp Seasoned Salt
- 1-1/2 Tsp Dry Milk Powder
- 1 Tsp Granulated Sugar
- ½ Tsp Ground Ginger
- ¼ Tsp Ground Mustard
- ¼ Tsp Black Pepper
- ¼ Tsp White Pepper
- ⅛ Tsp Ground Allspice
- ⅛ Tsp Ground Turmeric
- ⅛ Tsp Ground Cinnamon
- ⅛ Tsp Cayenne Pepper
Batter Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs Beaten
- ½ Cup Cold Water
- 2 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
- ¼ Tsp Sea Salt
- ¼ Tsp Soy Sauce
- ¼ Tsp Granulated Sugar
Instructions:
- Mix all breading ingredients into a large shallow pan & mix all
batter ingredients into a medium sized shallow pan.
- Cut your chicken into 1 inch cubes and then toss that into a food
processor.
- Season the blended chicken with salt & pepper, maybe some
bread... I also heard mashed potatoes, which is kind of weird... but
we are making chicken "mcnuggets" here so we kind of gotta
be a little open minded
- Now simply shape your chicken paste into balls and flatten them out.
Make them as big or as small as you'd like.
- Initially toss them into your breading mixture and then your egg
batter. Repeat this at least twice to get a nice coating.
- Deep fry in vegetable oil for 3 minutes a side at 365°F.
