Two oversized cookies, stuffed with vanilla ice cream in between, and a solid coat of chocolate chips along on the outside, makes every bite full of sweet sweet nostalgia. This recipe is best for parties or families, or you can always create your Chipwich’s normal size and enjoy just like you bought them from the store.

Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Butter (softened)
- 1 Cup White Sugar
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar (packed)
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3 Cups All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 tsp Hot Water
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 2 Cups Chocolate Chips (more for edges of cookie)
Vanilla Ice Cream:
- ¾ Cup Sugar
- 2 Cups Heavy Cream
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla
- Pinch Sea Salt

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Dissolve
baking soda in hot water. Add to batter along with salt. Stir in
flour and chocolate chips.
- Separate half the batter into 2 Round Mold Pans
- Bake for about 30 minutes or until edges are nicely browned
- While cookie bakes make your ice cream by whisking together your
sugar, heavy cream, vanilla, and salt and let sugar dissolve about 3
minutes
- Pour into Ice Cream Maker
- Pour semi-frozen ice cream into dish and freeze 4+ hours covered
- Let cookies cool entirely and let ice cream harden. (minimum 6 hours
up to 24)
- Build your Chipwich in a cheesecake pan cookie down, vanilla ice
cream, then on top another cookie. Freeze again.
- Once nearly frozen all the way take out and add in chocolate chips on
the outside rim and freeze.
- Once fully frozen you are ready to serve! Great for parties and big
families!

Instructions:
- Fry up two burger patties ultra thin and trim to the size of the
pizza Lunchables
- Spread nacho cheese on both burger patties with a layer of tortilla
chips on the inside
- Spread nacho cheese on both pizza doughs that become the bottom and
top of the sandwich
- Spread nacho cheese around the entire exterior of the sandwich and
roll it in crushed potato chips
- Keep repeating this process of rolling into cheese and chips while
you eat
