7 DAY Sugar Cured Egg Yolk 🍳 Ice Cream // VIRAL EGG Recipes

This is a delicious addition to so many dishes from steak, to cheeseburgers, and even ice cream. 

Cured Eggs for Egg Ice Cream

Making your eggs in this style will change your way of thinking about how eggs are just for breakfast.


Ingredients:
  • 4 Egg Yolks
  • 1 Cup Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • Vanilla Ice Cream
    THINGS YOU’LL NEED:

    Instructions: 

    1. Combine sugar and salt in a bowl.  Pour into a shallow pan.  Use the back of a spoon to create small holes, the size of an egg yolk. 
    2. Separate the egg yolk from the whites and place the egg yolk into the dish.  Cover with excess salt and sugar mixture. 
    3. Cover and place in the fridge for 1 week. 
    4. Bake at 200°F for 30 minutes and then cool in full.  
    5. Use a cheese grater to shave the cured egg on vanilla ice cream.  Also try this on savory foods. Enjoy!
