Mountain Dew Ice Cream
Thanks to our pal James from FunFoods, we created our own version of Mountain Dew Ice Cream that believe it or not tastes really really very like good and stuff. I highly suggest you try it and if you can get your hand on some Pop Rocks, it would be a pleasant addition to this already outrageous flavor.

Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Heavy Cream
- 2 Cups Whole Milk
- 2 Cups Mountain Dew
- ¾ Cup Sugar
- ¼ tsp Salt
- Kool-Aid Lemon Lime Packet

Instructions:
- Begin by freezing the ice cream bucket thing
- In a medium pot add 2 Cups Heavy Cream, 2 Cups Whole Milk, ¾ Cup
Sugar & Kool-Aid Lemon Lime Packet on medium heat until sugar &
packet completely dissolves
- Note: The Lemon Lime Packet is for additional flavor and color
- Take off the heat and add in 2 Cups Mountain Dew and a pinch of salt
- Let chill before refrigerating and cover with plastic wrap to avoid
that weird film that develops on top of stuff when exposed to air
- Refrigerate for 4 hours
- Now get you ice cream maker ready to pour the liquid in
- Mix for 10-20 minutes or until it looks like ice cream (slow speed)
- Because this mixture is very light, make sure you freeze it after 20
minutes to let it really set together
- Enjoy
