Deep Fried Oreo Cheesecake

We did it! We took Oreo cheesecake to the next level by deep frying in an Oreo breading. This incredibly glutenous dessert will hit home with every bite.  Plan to just have one bite or a long day at the gym because this one is going down in the books at a whopping 1,650 calories per slice.

Recipe Type: Dessert
Cuisine: American
Serves: 8

Ingredients:

  • Oreo Cheesecake
  • Batter
  • Crushed Oreos
  • Oil for Deep Frying

Chocolate Cookie Crust:

  • Crushed Oreos
  • Butter

Cheesecake Filling:

  • Cream Cheese
  • Ricotta
  • Crushed Oreos
  • Vanilla
  • Confectioners Sugar

Batter:

  • 1-1/4 Cups Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¼ Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Milk
  • 2 tsp Vegetable Oil

Instructions:

  1. Blitz your Oreo cookies in a food processor. Mix in a bowl with melted butter. In a spring form pan mold the chocolate cookie crust to the bottom.
  2. In a mixing bowl mix cream cheese, ricotta, crushed Oreos, confectioners sugar, and vanilla together.
  3. After it is well combined, pour into your spring form pan.
  4. Decorate the top with melted chocolate and white icing (icing sugar and milk) and crushed Oreo Cookies.
  5. Refrigerate for 4-8 hours or freeze for 2-4.
  6. While cooling create your butter by mixing together your flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, milk, and vegetable oil.
  7. Once the cheesecake is totally cooled cut a slice out and you can enjoy this as it is at 800 calories... but to take it to the next level dip your slice into the batter and then into crushed oreos.
  8. Take this battered slice and put it in the freezer for 2 hours.
  9. Preheat your oil or deep fryer to 350°F
  10. Deep fry for 1-1/2 minutes
  11. And you've done it. You've created something that will go down in history as the heaviest but the tastiest dessert there may have ever been. You can even add some whip cream, ice cream, or chocolate to the top to take it even further.
