DIY Pickle Sandwiches 101

Now an all time favorite crazy recipe... the pickle sandwich! Highly recommend ALL pickle lovers try this out.

This probably is one of the healthiest recipes we've ever shared. So please enjoy, for the heLLth of it!


Ingredients
  • Large (whole or halved) Kosher Dill Pickles
  • Kosher Dill Sandwich Pickles
  • Deli Meat (Turkey, Salami, Corn Beef, Roast Beef)
  • Cheese (Provolone, Swiss)
  • Shredded Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Sauce (Spicy Mustard, Sriracha Mayo)
  • Oil and Vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper

THINGS YOU’LL NEED:

Instructions:

  1. Cut pickles in half
  2. Scoop out the center with a tablespoon
  3. Build a deli sandwich. We made one with turkey, salami, provolone, lettuce, tomato, and aioli and another with corn beef, Swiss, lettuce, tomato, with spicy mustard.
Pickle sandwiches are totally customizable. Choose your favorite pickle, deli meats, cheeses, and toppings!!
