Instructions:
- Pick up all your
ingredients from QDOBA.
- Preheat your
electric griddle to 350°F.
- Take your Large
quesadillas and cut them into large triangular shapes like a quarter
of a quesadilla.
- Create your own
flavor. Or do the Julia Goolia build with Grilled Adobo Chicken, Pico
de Gallo, and Cheese. Grill both sides for 4-5 minutes, until golden
brown. Flip and grill the other side until golden brown.
- Repeat 4 times and
set on a large serving tray garnished with shredded lettuce, sour
cream, and guacamole.
