We have been wanting to make a Giant Sushi Donut for a long time and with the the help from our friends, at Wave Asian Bistro & Sushi , we were able to make it happen.

Ingredients:
- 6 Pounds Sticky Rice
- Spicy Tuna
- Spicy Crab
- Cucumber, Thinly Sliced
- Seaweed Salad
- 4 Sheets Seaweed
Toppings:
- Ahi Tuna
- Salmon
- Escolar
- Yellow Tail
- Cucumber, thinly sliced
- Avocado, thinly sliced
- Masago, Red and Orange
- Scallions
- Sesame Seeds, Black and White

Instructions:
- Cook the sticky rice. Add sugar and rice wine vinegar.
- Place plastic wrap inside the large donut mold. Pack ¾'s
of the rice into the mold. Leaving space in the center for a donut filling.
- Fill with layers of seaweed salad, spicy crab, sliced
cucumbers, and spicy ahi tuna.
- Take the rest of the rice, roll into a ball, press down
firmly, and layer over top. Make sure there is no filling showing.
- Cover the bottom with four pieces of seaweed.
- Carefully flip the giant sushi donut out of the mold onto
a cutting board,
- Prepare all of your toppings. Slice fish and set aside.
