Wendy's Fondue Fries
2 words. Cheese Fountain. I never had a fondue party until we made this recipe and now I want to wake up to a fountain of cheese every morning. Sure it might start to smell and be dangerous to eat after a week or two, but it’s so worth it.

Ingredients:
- Wendy's Fries
- Bacon
- Gruyere Cheese Sauce
Gruyere Cheese Sauce:
- 2 Sticks Butter
- 1 Cup Flour
- 4 Cups Shredded Gruyere Cheese
- 9 Cups Whole Milk
- Salt

Instructions:
- For the cheese sauce, melt 2 sticks of butter and slowly whisk 1 Cup
Flour
- Whisk for 5 minutes or until the flour has cooked down
- Add 9 Cups Whole Milk & 4 Cups Shredded Gruyere
- Season with salt
- Bring to a boil and let simmer for 15 minutes or until thickened
- Test viscosity to flow within 8-10 seconds in provided funnel
- Pre-heat fountain for 5 minutes, turn pump on and pour in cheese
- If cheese gets stuck, turn off the pump for a few seconds and turn it
back on
- Serve with fries and bacon
