Instructions:
1. On a large piece of parchment paper, take a pound of ground beef and mold into a square patty. Use the back end of a chopstick to create 5 holes in the meat. Repeat until you have the number of burgers created you'd like to cook. We did four. Freeze.
2. Rehydrate dehydrated minced onions by adding water. Cover and let sit.
3. Make a big batch of bread dough or buy dough frozen at the store. Roll into four, same size, bread rolls. Place in a large oiled baking dish and cover. Set to rise by the heat for at least 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 350F and bake until golden bread or cooked through. Let cool.
4. Preheat griddle to medium high heat. Layer on your onions. Then frozen patties. Let cook for about 10 minutes. Place bun on top and continue to cook through allowing the bun to steam through.
- Flip from the griddle the bottom bun, and beef patty.
- Top with Cheese, pickles, and top bun.
