DIY GIANT ALPHABET SOUP
Come on our journey making pasta for the first time for our Giant Alphabet Soup. This soup is basically just noodles added to tomato soup OR the alphabet shaped pasta replacing the noodle in a chicken noodle soup. Which soup do you like better tomato or chicken? Alphabet Pasta
Ingredients:
- 4 Cups Flour
- 6 Eggs
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp Water, a needed
Soup - Chicken Noodle Soup Version
Ingredients:
- 6 Medium Carrots, Small diced
- 5 Celery Ribbs, Small Diced
- 1 1/2 Cup Chopped Sweet Onion, small diced
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Lbs Chicken Breast (4 Cups)
- 1/4 tsp Dried Thyme
- Giant Alphabet Noodles
Soup - Tomato Soup Version
Ingredients:
- Campbells Tomato Soup
THINGS YOU’LL NEED:
- Large Ceramic Bowl
- Stock Pot

Instructions:
- Start by making your dough by puttting 4 cups of flour on the bench. Create a hole in the center. Add your eggs, olive oil, salt, and water. Mix together and knead for 10 minutes. Can also use a stand mixer with dough hook to get this started.
- Boil Chicken with in salted water until cooked through. Shred and set aside.
- Bring a stock pot to medium high heat. Add oil, carrots, celery, and cook down until translucent and soft. Add chicken, pour in stock, and thyme.
- Bring to a boil. Add noodles and once they all float in your soup it is cooked and ready to serve.
