We baked up, what may be, the largest Simpsons donut of all time with the help from our Julia Goolia's alma mater, SUNY Oneonta.

THE WORLD'S LARGEST SIMPSONS DONUT
In this episode of HellthyJunkFood, JP & Julia bring you to the bakery on campus to work directly with the head baker. She shares with us how they make donuts and bagels for the students and then we team up to make our dream of making a giant Simpsons donut come true.
Below will are for a sweet donut dough. These measurements will give you enough dough to make at least 3 Giant Donuts.
Ingredients:
Donut Dough
- 1 1/2 Quart of Water
- 1 1/2 Cups Eggs
- 3 oz Yeast
- 2 oz Corn Syrup
- 8 lbs Flour
- 1 Pound 2 oz shortening
- 10 oz Sugar
- 4 oz Dry Milk
- 1 oz Salt
- 4 Cups Confectioners Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- Pink Food Gel
- Blue Food Gel
- Mike & Ikes

Instructions:
- Mix water, eggs, yeast, corn syrup on low in a stand mixer.
- Add flour, shortening, sugar, dry milk, and salt. Mix for 10 minutes on medium.
- Cut the dough into 3 and shape into the donut. Place on a baking sheet and let rise.
- Bake for 30 minutes and cool entirely before frosting
- Create oversized "sprinkles" by spraying food gel onto Mike & Ikes. Let set.
- Make frosting by whisking together confectioners sugar and milk. Stir in pink food gel.
- Coat top of giant donut with frosting and top with "sprinkles".
