INGREDIENTS:

  • Chicken Wing
  • Oil For Frying
  • Celery and Carrot Sticks
Buffalo Sauce
  • 1 Cup Franks Red Hot Sauce
  • 1 Cup Butter
Blue Cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream full fat is best
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup half and half 
  • 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • salt/pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Begin with making the blue cheese by using a whisk, mix all ingredients together until well blended. Switching to a spatula, fold in the crumbled blue cheese and mix well.
  2. Prep chicken wings, if not already, by cutting in between the joints separating each individual chicken wing. 
  3. Boil water and pour on chicken to tighten skin for extra crispy chicken
  4. Deep Fry at 350F for 8 minutes or until cooked through to 165F. Set aside.
  5. Make Buffalo Sauce by melting butter into hot sauce until combined. 
  6. Refry the wings for 3-5 more minutes for extra crisp. 
  7.  Toss in your buffalo sauce. Serve with a side of blue cheese, celery, and carrot sticks.
