DIY Carrot Bacon
You can make this in several ways to make it a healthy snack. If you make it in the unhealthiest way it will taste the best.

Ingredients:
- 2 Carrots
- 1/4 tsp Liquid Smoke
- 2.5 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1/2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Onioin Powder
- 1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/8 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions:
- Clean and peal the carrots.
- Cut in half longwise to creat a flat base. Peal long strips of carrot and set aside.
- Mix together all of the marinade ingredients.
- Place & coat carrots in marinade and let sit for a minimum of five minutes.
- Now you can bake, air fry, or deep fry. We found the deep fried carrot bacon looked most like the real thing.
