DIY Candied Strawberries AKA Tangulu
Crunchy fruit with a warm center... yes, we will, and you should too. Be safe in the kitchen with this recipe. The sugar is hot!

Ingredients:
- Strawberries & Grapes
- 1/3 Cup Corn Syrup
- 1 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Water

- Medium size sauce pan

Instructions:
- Clean fruit and dry in full.
- Combine sugar, corn syrup, and water in a medium size sauce pan. Bring to a boil on high. Stir once. Once the temperature comes to between 300F and 310 turn off the heat. Let the solution set for 1 minute.
- Skewer the strawberries and fruit. Dip into the solution.
- Set on parchment paper for roughly 7-10 minutes.
- Enjoy the crunch and warm center of the fruit. (This will need to be consumed within 2 hours of making)
