GIANT EGG ROLL VERSUS EGG ROLL

Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 3 lb Ground Pork
- 2 Tbsp Garlic, Minced
- 2 Tbsp Ginget, Minced
- Shredded Cabbage, Green and Purple
- 3 Carrot
- 1/2 Cup Sliced Green Onions
- 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 3 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 Pkg Egg Roll Wrappers
- Oil, For fryinf
- Sweet Chili Sauce

Instructions:
- Prep cabbage and carrot by cutting into an "oversized" coleslaw mix with long strips of each. Set aside.
- Heat oil in large pan to medium high heat. Cook down pork and season with salt and pepper.
- Add garlic and ginger cook for one minute.
- Stir in cabbage and carrot and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.
- Place egg roll wrappers, using a small amount of water to connect the wrappers together. Fill and roll.
- Deep fry 350 degrees until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain, cool, dip, and bite!!
