DIY GIANT PRINGLES
Join us in the test kitchen as we dive into the newly surfaced Pringles recipe. Learn how to make the potato chips themselves as well as the packaging and wow our friends, family, and a few random acquaintances too.
Ingredients:
- 50 grams Potato Flour
- 10 grams Potato Starch
- 1 Tbsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 1/2 Cup Water
- cheese powder
- Tin Foil

Instructions:
- Combine potato flour, potato starch, salt, oil, and water. Knead until it comes together and set aside.
- Cut out pringle forms for the deep fryer out of 2 large strainers. Carefully fold into the Pringle shape.
- Place a small ball of dough between two peices of parchement paper on the tortilla press. Use a tooth pick to create air holes in the chip. Place between medal pringle form.
- In a preheated deep fryer use 2 tongues to carefully place the chip in. Rotate to crisp on both sides for about 3 minutes.
- Set on a wire wrack and season with salt.
