Galaxy Grilled Cheese
I felt a sparkle when deciding to make this and now I feel super incredible that I did! Believe it or not this thing is made using cheese & bread without any weird gelatin or condensed milk products. If you blindfold yourself it’ll make the eating experience even better.

Ingredients:
- Sliced Bread
- Shredded White Cheddar Cheese
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 2% Milk
- Purple & Blue Food Dye
- Butter

Instructions:
- For the inside cheese melt ½ Cup Mozzarella Cheese, 1 Cup White
Cheddar & ⅓ Cup Milk on medium heat for about 5 minutes or
until well combined
- To get the galaxy look, pour half of the white mixture into a
separate bowl with a few drops of blue & purple gel
- In the sauce pan add just purple gel
- Now pour the blue/purple mixture back into the pan and move it around
with a spatula
- Grill 2 slices of bread with butter and pour the blue/purple mixture
on top like you would a grilled cheese
- For the "mirror" glaze topping, melt 1 Cup White Cheddar&
⅓ Cup Milk
- Repeat Steps 2 through 4
- Close your Grilled Cheese while it's still on the griddle and pour
the "mirror" glaze all over the top
- Take off the griddle, slice in half and eat it
