Grilled Cheese Tacos

Grilled Cheese and Faux-Mexican foods didn’t know that they made so much sense together until we took it outside of the box and forced this crazy fusion. It all started with the grilled cheese taco idea.  From that it spawned into the nachos.  Then we had to bring it to that next level by building our epic grilled cheese burrito, so why don’t you go grab some bread and cheese and start doing this too.

Tacos + Grilled Cheese = Easy Delicious Recipe. Next time you decide to have a taco night, grab some bread, butter and cheese and now you have another vehicle to drive Mexican food in your mouth.

  • Sourdough Bread (because it's bigger)
  • American Cheese
  • Spreadable Butter
  • Taco Beef
  • Lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Nacho Cheese
  • Sour Cream
  • Taco Sauce
  • Tomato Soup

THINGS YOU'LL NEED:



Instructions:


  1. Roll out your bread thin
  2. Add your cheese in the center
  3. Butter both sides of the sandwich
  4. Grill for approximately 2-3 minutes per side on medium high heat
  5. Fold like a taco and stuff with ground beef, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes and cheese
  6. All other condiments listed are optional
  7. Make as many as you want

Grilled Cheese Nachos

Basically the same thing, but a more fun way of eating it in my opinion. Nachos gotta be loaded in order to get the full experience.

Instructions:


  1. Roll out your bread thin
  2. Add your cheese in the center
  3. Butter both sides of the sandwich
  4. Grill for approximately 2-3 minutes per side on medium high heat
  5. Cut sandwich diagonally twice and then down the center twice. This should make 8 Triangles.
  6. Place them on a plate and layer with nacho cheese sauce, ground beef, lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese and a dollop of sour cream on top

  • Lettuce
  • Tomatoes

THINGS YOU'LL NEED:



Instructions:


  1. Roll out your bread thin
  2. Overlap 4 slices to create a large rectangle
  3. Add your cheese on the crevices first and layer more on
  4. Add your ground beef in the center along with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, dollop of sour cream, shredded cheese and taco sauce
  5. Carefully fold like a burrito and roll it in butter
  6. Grill for approximately 2-3 minutes on all sides on medium high heat
  7. Slice in half and eat
  8. We recommend to dip everything in tomato soup, it actually works
