- Cheese Shaker Bottle: http://amzn.to/1hNTTvd

Instructions:
- Combine the yeast, sugar, salt & dry milk in a bowl. Add 2-2/3 Cups hot water and mix well and then let this sit until the mixture foams up. Roughly 10 minutes.
- Add 4 Tbsp Vegetable Oil and slowly add 8 Cups of Flour to stand mixer and mix or knead depending on your equipment for 4-5 minutes. If you are using a stand mixer make the dough in two batches by cutting the ingredients in half and repeating step 1 and 2.
- Carefully cut the bottom of the deep alluminum pan out and place on your big sheet pan. Use tin foil to reconnect and cover.
- Spread about 8 Tbsp of Vegetable Oil onto prepared baking pan and let your dough ball rise in this pan, covered for 1-1/2 hours.
- Once it's doubled in size, spread the dough out to the corners of the pan and cut the dough into 6 equal giant breadsticks.
- Now Bake at 500°F for 30 minutes and remove from the oven to get our finishing salty glaze on.
- Mix the dry toppings into a cheese shaker bottle. If you don't have this, then don't worry... I'm sure you can do this without the shaker bottle.
- For the sauce, simply combine the ingredients listed into a small pot and heat on a stove top.
- Once the breadsticks have cooled down a bit, brush the tops with melted butter and then sprinkle on the dry topping seasoning blend.
- Broil for 2-5 minutes to get that golden brown color on top and you're done.
- Take the breadsticks one step further by cutting in half longways, adding marinara, cheese, and toppings, and baking for 10 minutes. Breadstick pizza!! Yum!!
