INGREDIENTS:
- Polio String Cheese
- Bread Crumbs
- Flour
- Eggs
- Oil For Deep Frying
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Blitz bread crumbs to a finer powder.
- Set up breading station with separate trays of flour, scrambled eggs, and blitzed bread crumbs.
- Connect Polio String Cheeses together by melting the cheese on each end with a torch. Make sure to mold each piece together to guarantee no separation during frying.
- Batter the cheese in flour, egg, then bread crumbs.
- Deep fry at 350F for about 2 minutes or until cheese just starts to come out of the stick.
- Dip into marinara and let the cheese pull!!
