Taco Bell Mexican Pizza
Flax, oat bran and whole wheat flour tortilla’s piled high with fat free refried beans, 96% lean beef in our special taco seasoning mixture, salsa and shredded cheese topped with fresh pico de gallo and olives. This thing is nothing like a traditional pizza and has so much flavor going on!

Ingredients:
- 8 Flax, oat bran & whole wheat flour tortilla
- 1 lb of 96% lean ground beef (or ground turkey)
- ½ Cup of water
- 1 medium onion diced
- 1 clove of garlic minced
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 Cup fat free refried beans
- 1 Cup salsa
- ½ Cup pico de gallo
- ¼ Cup sliced olives
- 1 Cup shredded cheese
Instructions:
Bake the first half:
- Pre-heat oven to 350°F
- Spray down tortillas in a pie plate
- Microwave and stir your fat free refried beans
- Spread ¼ cup of the fat free refried beans onto the tortilla
- Spread ¼ lb of the taco meat on to the refried beans
- Place a tortilla on top
- Bake for 10 minutes
Bake the second half:
- Take pie plate out of the oven
- Spread ¼ Cup of salsa on top of the tortilla
- Sprinkle on a ¼ Cup of shredded cheese
- Sprinkle on 2 tbsp of fresh pico de gallo
- Sprinkle on 1 tbsp of slice olives
- Bake at 350°F for about 5 to 10 minutes or until the cheese is
melted
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly
- Slice each pizza into 4 pieces and serve
