Philly Cheesteak
This is a simple way to make some awesome cheesesteaks at home. Using the word "Philly" is simply a gimmick to get you to try something that is actually awesome.

Ingredients:
- Hoagie Rolls
- Rare Cut Roast Beef (Deli Sliced Prime Rib)
- Red Wine Vinegar
- Olive Oil
- Cheese Whiz
- Provolone
- Peppers & Onions
- Mushrooms
- Sriracha
Instructions:
- Cut open Hoagie Rolls partially and create a dam with some provolone
cheese slices. That'll keep the bread as one piece.
- Cook down your veggies
- Slice up some roast beef and grill with Red Wine Vinegar and Olive
Oil
- Layer Hoagie Roll with Roast Beef, Veggies, Cheese and bake at 425°F
until cheese is lightly browned on top
