- 1 Pork Tenderloin

Instructions:
- When ready to cook
preheat oven to 400°F.
- Trim fat off the
pork tenderloin.
- Generously season
pork with the barbecue rub.
- Pan sear for 3
minutes per side in an oiled skillet on high heat.
- Place tenderloin on
a tin foil lined baking sheet and bake until it reaches 145°F. Let
sit for 3 minutes after cooking before eating.

Instructions:
- Trim fat off the

- Pour on top of
tenderloin and set in the refrigerator overnight OR for 8+ hours.
- When ready to cook

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to
400°F.
- Season the pork chop
generously with fresh cracked black pepper and salt.
- Add oil to the pan.
Bring to high heat. Place pork chop into the pan. Add thyme and
rosemary and cook for 3 minutes.
- Flip to cook for
another 3 minutes. While cooking add butter and spoon it overtop the
pork chop.
- Place pan in the
oven until cooked 145°F to achieve medium rare.
- Let sit for 3
minutes before cutting into the pork chop.
