Ingredients:
- 1 oz Unflavored Gelatin (4 envelopes)
- 1 Cup Boiling Water
- 1 Tbsp Light Corn Syrup
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- ⅛ tsp Salt
- 2 Lbs Confectionery Sugar
- Cooking Spray
- Decorating Pens
- Food Dyes (to color hearts)

- Giant Chocolate Heart Box
Instructions:
- Toss in your unflavored gelatin into a stand mixer and add 1 Cup
Boiling Water, 1 Tbsp Light Corn Syrup, ½ tsp Vanilla Extract, ⅛
tsp Salt and mix with the whisker attachment
- Add 1 Cup of Confectioner Sugar at a time with the paddle attachment
until you reach a tacky but dough like consistency
- While adding in the sugar, also add drops of food dye to the color
you want your heart
- If you want several colors, separate the dough and kneed the color
into each dough ball
- Roll out the dough flat until it's the size of the giant chocolate
heart box and use the box as a cookie cutter it works really well,
watch the video you'll see
- Let it rest for days until it's hard like the candy
- Write whatever you want on it, but make it count!
