We believe you too can have a giant onion ring in the comfort of your home. Oh by the way it tastes a lot like Burger King onion rings, hope that’s not a deal breaker.

Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Minced Onion
- ¼ Cup Flour
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Salt
- ½ tsp Salt
- Panko
Dry Mix:
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
Wet Mix:
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Egg
Sauce:
- ½ Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Ketchup
- 2 Tbsp Creamy Horseradish Sauce
- ½ tsp Paprika
- ½ tsp Salt
- Dash Dried Oregano
- Dash Black Pepper

Instructions:
- Chop up your onion into manageable pieces to throw into your food
processor
- Grind it up completely and measure out 1 Cup of this mixture along
with ¼ Cup Flour, 1 tsp Onion Powder, 1 tsp Onion salt & ½ tsp
Salt
- Now that you have your onion paste, pipe it out of a sandwich baggy
with the tip cut off the size you want your onion rings to be
- You can make them any size you want now, not subjecting yourself to
what nature intended for an onion ring
- Freeze the paste circles you've made overnight
- Toss your frozen circles into Dry Mix, Wet Mix and finish it in panko
- You can choose to freeze these again to firm up more or just toss
them directly into the fryer
- Deep fry @ 350°F for 2-4 minutes depending on the size or until
golden brown
- Dip it in the sauce recipe above and enjoy whatever shape and size
you decide to turn your onions into
